The more information you provide to us as far as your expectations of the type of person you require, the better picture we will have to match candidates with culture and capabilities. In addition, it is important that we brief the candidate as best we can as to your expectations, to ensure that they have a clear idea of the job requirements from all aspects – positives and any negatives.

Financial Recruitment Group work on the understanding that once you engage our firm, you would like us to commence a full search of the market to ensure the best candidate is placed in the position. At this stage, Financial Recruitment Group will take a concerted approach and will conduct a national search to identify the best candidates.

We will consult with you at every step to share our views of the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate and why we think they would be a good fit for the position and your organisation. Our goal is to help you make the right decision.

In addition to helping you with your decision, we are right there for the candidate to ensure they are also making the right decision. We make sure that the candidate has a clear objective picture of what is required and we do not over-promise or over-state the role or the organisation in any way. We ensure that all their questions are answered and that they go into the position with a clear understanding of what is required. We will also make sure that the other candidates walk away with a positive opinion of your organisation and the process.

Once a candidate is placed, we will maintain contact with the candidate and ensure that your new executive is settling in.
